In this session, you will learn how to maintain your building systemically. The school community, staff, and students look to school administrators to ensure the building is maintained, safe, and clean. You will learn how to effectively and efficiently partner with the Plano ISD Facilities Department including how to monitor and track work orders, emergencies, and general maintenance. You will learn how to build a culture of building maintenance with your entire staff. Teamwork is key to effective and efficient building maintenance.
