Empower Administrator Conference

Move beyond digital substitution and transform your instruction. This session challenges educators to connect physical space and cognitive demand using the PIC-RAT framework in Flexible Learning Spaces. You’ve heard of SAMR, but PIC-RAT is more practical and intuitive.
Participants will explore the “Gradual Release of Responsibility” as a path to digital literacy, learning how to move students from passive consumers to creative contributors. We’ll focus on designing instruction where technology isn’t an add-on, but a driver of high-level achievement.

CCMR accountability is changing. This session breaks down each area of CCMR, providing a detailed look at what students need to achieve in order to be considered Foundational, Demonstrated or Advanced level performance. Administrators will use the new CCMR framework to begin planning for the 26-27 school year.
